🔧 Troubleshooting Guide

MyBodyWatch isn't getting data from my Apple Watch

Solution:

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your profile picture (top right)
  3. Tap "Privacy & Sharing"
  4. Find "MyBodyWatch" and ensure all permissions are enabled
  5. Restart both apps and wait a few minutes for data sync

My readiness score seems inaccurate

Remember: MyBodyWatch needs 7-14 days to learn your patterns.

Check these factors:

  • Are you wearing your Apple Watch while sleeping?
  • Is your sleep schedule consistent?
  • Have you been logging activities (even walking counts)?
  • Are you feeling stressed or fighting illness?

The algorithm adapts to your unique patterns over time.

App crashes or won't open

Try these steps:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it
  2. Restart your iPhone
  3. Check for app updates in the App Store
  4. If issues persist, delete and reinstall the app

Missing heart rate variability data

HRV Requirements:

  • Apple Watch Series 1 or newer
  • Wear your watch while sleeping (not just during workouts)
  • Keep your watch charged overnight
  • HRV is measured during sleep and some workouts

If you're still missing data after 48 hours, contact support.

📱 System Requirements

iPhone Requirements

  • iPhone running iOS 16.0 or later
  • Health app installed and set up
  • At least 50MB of free storage

Apple Watch Requirements

  • Apple Watch Series 1 or newer
  • watchOS 8.0 or later recommended
  • Heart rate monitoring enabled
  • Sleep tracking enabled (for best results)
